Keeping things organized has never been easier. Your team portal comes preloaded with common event types so you can start entering events immediately. You can enter an unlimited amount of events, and color code games, practices and events to make the calendar easier to view at a glance. A printer friendly version of the event calendar is only a click away.

Pictures are automatically optimized when you upload them, allowing you to store hundreds of pictures to share. Pictures are stored in photo albums that you create so they can be grouped logically and viewed in slideshows automatically. Pictures must be in .jpg format to upload to your team portal.

Posting news items and announcements can be as easy or complex as you would like. For those that aren't comfortable with HTML you can simply enter in the text and submit it. For those that want to be more creative you can enter in custom HTML to control how your text is displayed.

Let your users get to know the team and staff by adding details such as name, number, position, title, etc. You can also put a face to a name by uploading roster and staff pictures.

Go green and distribute your handouts electronically! By uploading your handouts to your team portal you allow your users to retrieve them at their convenience. The following document types are currently supported: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, PDF documents, and text documents.

Is your team running a silent auction? Or perhaps there is old equipment to sell; the auction area can be used for these purposes and more. Your team portal handles everything from listing the items, sending bid and outbid emails to bidders and sellers, to sending the final winning bid information to all necessary users. All you have to do is handle the payment/shipping details.

Your team portal includes a page dedicated to your sponsors. Sponsors can include details such as contact information and their logo in .jpg format. To increase sponsor exposure a random sponsor is displayed on your team homepage, as well as the auction page.

Keeping track of your team's progress couldn't be easier with a page dedicated to game results. Results can be sorted by date, team played, and game type allowing you to quickly find the result you're looking for.

Securing any area of your team portal can be achieved by setting a global password and then selecting which areas you wish to be protected in the site/page security area.

Sharing interesting or relevant links with your users is achieved by having a dedicated links page.

Your team portal comes preloaded with many arena locations from Southern Ontario. If you have an event for a location that isn't listed you can simply add it to your location database.
