If you've been tasked with creating an online presence for your hockey team and are looking for an easy, yet powerful solution then ONTHEICE is right for you.

How much does an ONTHEICE team portal cost?
An ONTHEICE team portal costs $35.00 for one season of use.

Is the fee reoccurring/subscription based?
No, the fee is a onetime charge, you will not be charged at the start of the next season.

How can I pay for my team portal?
Payments are processed via PayPal, so all major credit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) as well as debit and bank accounts.

Are there any setup fees of any kind?
No, there are no additional fees to activate your team portal.

What are the system requirements for maintaining an ONTHEICE team portal?
Since the portal is web-based, all you need is an active internet connection and a web browser.

What are the storage limits for pictures and other items?
The storage limits are as follows:
- Pictures : 50MB
- Auction pictures: 10MB
- Handouts: 20MB
- Roster pictures: 10MB
- Staff pictures: 10MB

Can I customize my team portal?
Yes, you can choose the colours, as well as upload a custom banner that includes your team logo.

How many administrators can my team portal have?
There is a maximum of 5 administrators. You can assign administrators using the "Users" page in the administration area.

Is our team info private?
Yes, you can assign a site password and lock the whole site or just certain pages.

How do I contact ONTHEICE support?

How do I add YouTube videos?
To add a YouTube video you must go to your Edit News List. Step two is to add a story. Input a title just as you would a story. Switch the story into HTML (located at the bottom of input story box). Copy the embed code from your YouTube Video and paste it where the story would otherwise go. Then add your story. Your YouTube video will show up on your news page.
